Creating a new OpenOffice.org table

For a proper DocBook export tables must define a table heading row. To define such a header you have to:

* Step 1: Strg + F12 (insert table)
  * alternative: Table -> Insert -> Table
* Step 2: Enable Options -> Heading

* MenuBar -> Insert -> Picture -> From File

* Import the new icon (MenuBar -> Insert -> Picture -> From File)
* Set anchor 'As Character'

* Paste image onto it's new position "Ctrl + V"
* Use "Alt + Cursor-Keys" to move the selected image (it's easier to move small images so)
