Adjustment of Calibration Parameters

For the calibration of the model, the following calibration factors are provided. These calibration parameters are listed in the model in the following views:

Kalinin-Miljukov Strand
Processing/editing the calibration parameters of the Kalinin-Miljukov strands.
Reservoir Strand
Processing/editing the calibration parameters of the reservoir strands.
Sub - Catchment
Processing/ editing the calibration parameters of the sub-catchment.

Kalinin-Miljukov Strand

In the Kalinin-Miljukov Strand view, the calibration factors are listed: factor k and factor n.See Figure View of calibration of the Kalinin Miljukov strand)

Factor k
Optimization factor of the retention constant k (Kalinin-Miljukov method)
Factor n
Optimization factor of the retention element number n (Kalinin-Miljukov method)

Reservoir Strand

In the Reservoir strand view, a factor (double) can be entered for the Lake Evaporation (see Figure View of calibrating the reservoir strands). The correction factor is multiplied by the Lake Evaporation value with the associated time series.

Sub-Catchments

The calibration parameter of sub-catchments are divided into:

  • General calibration parameters
  • Correction Soil parameters
  • Retention and Translation parameters
  • Initial conditions
